5 Creative Dates you can do on a Bike.

For those of you without cars, such as myself, it is quite difficult to take girls out on dates without looking cheap. A few weeks ago I took a girl out and we had to ride bikes to dinner. I was on my beautiful road racing bike, leaving her with a piece of junk. Hey Girl, if you’re reading this, I’m very sorry, please call me back!

I don’t want you all to make the same mistake I did by loving your bike more than your woman, so we came up with some ideas for you:

Riding bikes along the boardwalk at the beach
Tandem bike ride to dinner (extra points if you let her steer)
Bike to a park and have a picnic
Ride off into the sunset holding hands, then get lost in the dark
Bike to a park and fly a kite (well I guess you could do that during the picnic)

So Good luck and remember, even if the date doesn’t work out well, you always have your bike. :)

    At Long Last

For all of you who have been waiting patiently and checking the site daily, your wait is over. The Tommaso Augusta has arrived!

This is a fully equipped track bike and a kick ass commuter at such a low price you can’t afford to let it pass. Almost everyone here at Randall Scott has one of these, except for me because I was too late for the last batch. I was so anxious for them to come in that I made a paper chain and took a link off each day, counting down the days until I could have my new ride.

So get together with some friends and start a fixie gang while enjoying the outdoors.

    Our Kind of People.

The Cycling community is full of all types of people, from the Hipsters on Fixies to the Hardcore DH guys. But one thing is common for all cyclists, they love to ride.

When the Product Manager at Tommaso crashed he had this to say:

Gravity pulled me to the pavement on a wet descent down Snake Hill. I got up and bent my derailleur hanger back with my hands and rode on for another 66 miles. It’s how we roll…”

O Yeah, that is sure to leave a scar...
